Clients who engage our managed IT services will also receive a separate Service Agreement that governs the specifics of that relationship, including scope, pricing, SLAs, and support obligations. In any conflict between these terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement takes precedence.

Thinkbox Networks provides managed IT services including but not limited to: managed IT support, cybersecurity services, cloud management, network monitoring, helpdesk support, and backup and disaster recovery.
The specific services, pricing, response time commitments, and terms for each client are set out in a written Service Agreement signed before work begins. We do not begin managed services without a signed agreement.

We offer free IT assessments to prospective clients. These are conducted at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
